⛵ Port Introduction

Helsinki is a major European port with four main docking areas for cruise ships: West Harbour, Hernesaari, Katajanokka Quay, and South Harbour. Your ship's docking location will determine your access to the city.

  • Hernesaari: The newest quay and where most larger ships dock. It's about a 45-minute walk to the city center but a short ride by tram or taxi.

  • West Harbour: This harbor is also used for larger ships and is located about 3 kilometers from downtown.

  • Katajanokka: This is typically for smaller ships and is a great location, as it's a short walk from the city center.

  • South Harbour: This is the most central location. You can walk to all the main attractions in just a few minutes.

All terminals are modern and well-equipped.
